Our Vision

Our vision since 90s to build a SCATS Educational and Multicultural Study Centre for the benefit of the Sri Lankan community and other multicultural communities that live in Melbourne. After many years of total focus on services above, we also now endeavour to achieve our in establishing a facility to serve our communities through a Multicultural Study Centre.
